Coronado Friends of the Library

Many volunteers have asked the board over the years how we can help with a broader mission.  The board has discussed the possibility and realized that we do have something to give to others.  Our love of reading and the written word!

To this end, Friends of the Library is looking into helping out another non-profit that involves young people.  We hope to help them establish a more friendly, usable, library.  In return, they can help us at our events throughout the year.

This will not take away funding from our original mission of providing for services at the Coronado Public Library, but rather add a deeper dimension to our organization.  Stay tuned for more information.
